As Black women, we carry so much—family, career, community, faith, and the unspoken weight of always being “the strong one.” Over time, that load can quietly chip away at our emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. This one-hour workshop is a space created just for you: a moment to pause, breathe, and reclaim your peace.
Join us for an empowering conversation about what stress really is, how it shows up in our bodies, and why women in mid-life—especially Black women—experience it differently. Together, we will explore common risk factors and uncover the emotional, physical, and behavioral signs of stress that we often overlook or push through.
